Permanent Bookings
A permanent booking is one that is consistent week to week or fortnight to fortnight. These bookings can be made through OWNA and require written notice if you wish to cancel.

Why Permanent? Permanent bookings are guaranteed attendance should we book out or lock bookings due to staffing shortages.
Casual Bookings
A casual booking is one that is inconsistent week to week. These bookings can be made through the OWNA app at your convenience and can be cancelled up to 24hrs prior to the session commencing.

Additional Fees
​Non Communication Fee
$5.00 per family
(This will be charged if you have not communicated an absence for a session either by the myfamilylounge app or email)

Non Booking Fee
$5.00 per family
(This will be charged if you have not booked your child in for a session prior to them arriving at OSHC)

Vacation Care Late Fee
$5.00 per child
(This will be charged if you book in after the specified date available on the vacation care program)

Payment
JHOSHC charges bookings a week in advance and accepts payments in three different ways. Please note that we do not accept cash.
Direct Debit
You can set up a direct debit payment to come out of your account and pay your OSHC bill on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. This can be set up through your OWNA account but does come with additional charges.

One-off Card Payment
You can add a card into your account through OWNA or with us in service. You can then make a one off payment through the OWNA App.

Direct Deposit
Payments can be made directly into the P&C Bank Account. Details can be found on the front of your weekly statement.
