I do not see my child's enrolment form listed in OWNA.

New Families enrolling from 30th September onwards are required to complete and submit an enrolment form.

If you are an existing family that had an account with us prior to the swap to OWNA, we have a copy of your enrolment in service. You are only required to submit a new enrolment form if any of your or your child's details have changed.

You can also submit a new enrolment form if it would give you peace of mind knowing you can access the enrolment form at any time.

I want to casually book for Before / After School - but I can't see an option.

If you are wanting to casually book in for Before / After School Care (BSC / ASC), and you only have the option for one, please email enquiries@jhoshc.com.au

How do I updated contacts / emergency contacts?

Accepted Answer

To update your contacts and emergency contacts, go to Settings > Users > Permissions - Manage Access. In here, you can update your contacts.
