Permanent Bookings
For new or changes to Permanent Bookings, please submit a Update Booking Pattern request in the OWNA App.

Viewing & Requesting to Cancel Permanent Bookings

Click the + button
Select 'Child(ren) Attendances'
Filter to 'Upcoming Attendances'
The calendar indicates days booked, and these sessions are also listed below in more detail.
To request a cancellation of a session, swipe the booking from right to left.

Reminder: Sessions can only be cancelled (no charge incurred) if you notify us 24 hours or more prior to the session.

Getting Started With OWNA

New Families enrolling from 30th September onwards are required to complete and submit an enrolment form.

If you are an existing family that had an account with us prior to the swap to OWNA, we have a copy of your enrolment in service. You are only required to submit a new enrolment form if any of your or your child's details have changed.

You can also submit a new enrolment form if it would give you peace of mind knowing you can access the enrolment form at any time.
